As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under US GAAP.With your expertise in managing distributed teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will drive business growth while maintaining high compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage monthly/quarterly/annual closing processes for US entitiesLead and supervise a team of accountants; allocate work, conduct performance reviews, and provide trainingReview and finalize financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activitiesEnsure adherence to US accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirementsPrepare, review, and analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reportsCoordinate with tax consultants and cross-functional teams for timely filings and auditsSupport system implementations and automation initiatives to enhance accounting efficiencyRequirements:8+ years of overall experience in accounting, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity3+ years of experience handling US accounting standards and reportingDeep expertise in US GAAPBenefits:Remote position with flexible hours and overlap with US time zones as neededOpportunities to lead a distributed team and work closely with senior stakeholders across geographiesLong-term career growth and professional development opportunities
