Financial Operations Coordinator Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our financial operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and compliance in our financial records.Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness.Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure consistency.Assist with budget planning and monitor expenditure against budgets.Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters in a professional manner.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in retail or food & beverage sector.Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software.Familiarity with Shopify, Square, or other POS/eCommerce tools.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
