Job Title: Communication Specialist IIISphera is a leading global provider of enterprise software and services that enables companies to manage and optimize their environmental, health, safety and sustainability.Main Responsibilities:Author regulatory compliant SDS/Labels for external customers.Search reference sources and supplier SDS for required information and apply techniques to reconcile discrepancies.Perform evaluations according to toxicological, environmental, chemical, and physical properties for the determination of hazards of substances and chemical products.Assist in establishing the details of the SDS/Labels content to be delivered contractually.Main Requirements:University degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Environment, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene) or Chemical Engineering.Knowledge of at least five of the following: REACH, GHS, OSHA, WHMIS, IATA, IMDG, ADR, ADNR, TDG, DOT, ADG, EPA, CEPA, TSCA, FDA, PCPA, CCCR, CPSC.Work experience from 3 to 5 years, or more.This position involves creating documents that adhere to regulations, collaborating with suppliers, evaluating substance risks, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background in science or engineering, plus expertise in several relevant fields, such as compliance regulations and industry standards. Proficiency in working independently, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining records accurately is also essential.
