Job TitleA Finance Systems Specialist is required to join our organization.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and maintaining Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). He/she will also be responsible for mapping business processes to Oracle functionalities, developing functional specification documents, and leading data conversions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze finance process requirements.Configure and maintain Oracle Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.Map business processes to Oracle functionalities.Develop functional specification documents and configuration workbooks.Lead data conversions and own all finance-related objects, including opening balances, AP/AR transactions, and assets.Additional responsibilities include:Conducting system testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.Providing end-user training and creating process documentation.Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.Developing and executing test plans to ensure quality deliverables.RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:7+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Finance Consultant (Fusion or EBS).Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP / IFRS).Hands-on experience configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Credit Management, and Tax modules.Experience with financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View).Understanding of financial integrations with third-party systems.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred qualifications include:Oracle Financials Cloud Certification.Experience working for Leasing, Retail, and related industries.Exposure to Revenue Recognition principles, integrations with 3rd parties, and related reconciliations.CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification.
