We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our growth initiatives across new markets. This is a leadership role designed for a leader with a proven track record in presales, delivery, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, P&L management experience, excellent customer engagement, excellent engineer experience and passion to grow.Location: Chennai / Hyderabad /Noida Key Responsibilities:Strong affinity to technology and with experience as a Technology aligned delivery leader.Proven experience of driving different types of programs/projects across staff-augmentation, fixed-price, capacity-based, Output and Outcome based modelsLead and drive the growth strategy for our operations in large accounts and clients.Oversee end-to-end presales, delivery, and client engagement processes to ensure scalable and profitable growth.Manage large P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.Drive multiple delivery accounts to highest of customer satisfactionBuild and lead high-performing teams across deliveryMaintain a deep understanding of the markets, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall corporate objectives.Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet market demands.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience at a senior leadership level, preferably as a Director or equivalent, with a strong background in presales, delivery, and strategic growth.Must have been an Engineering Technology leader with experience in creating high-performance Agile teamsPrior experience working with or within large IT services companies .Demonstrated success in managing large P&L portfolios.Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic mindset.Excellent communicationMust have handled $ 100 Mn portfolioMust have managed team of 800 and aboveIT Service delivery to US Healthcare industry.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.20+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or related industries.
