Vice President – Operations (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management)Location: ChennaiJob DescriptionThe Vice President – Operations (Revenue Cycle Management) will be responsible for operational strategy, process improvement, transition management, customer retention, and margin growth and will oversee end-to-end service delivery across Healthcare RCM operations. The role requires proven experience in leadership, managing large teams, driving best practices, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent adherence to performance standards.Job ResponsibilitiesLead large Healthcare RCM teams and ensure high-quality delivery for assigned clientsImprove processes with strong focus on client satisfaction and relationships.Support operational growth and expansion initiativesPlan and allocate workloads across delivery and projectsManage communication, escalations, risks, and resolutionsDrive service improvements and maintain an effective operating structureAlign client expectations with contracted service levels and enforce OLAs/SLAsReview performance metrics and implement improvement actionsManage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilitiesLead transitions for new or expanded accounts while upholding qualityDrive initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and margin growthBuild retention strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goalsContribute to strategic planning, business development, and policy supportRequirementsExtensive experience in large-scale operations and provider-side RCMProven ability to lead large, diverse teams with strong communication skillsStrong people leadership, delegation, negotiation, and stakeholder managementDeep understanding of RCM processes, client management, and performance metricsAbility to drive operational excellence, scalable processes, and margin improvementSkilled in strategic planning, change management, transitions, and sustaining quality outcomesQualifications20–25 years of experience in Operations, preferably within the US Healthcare industryBachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institutionHow to ApplyEmail us at: shamshath.k@accesshealthcare.com / aarthipriya.b@accesshealthcare.com
