Ltd. is a fast-growing skincare and cosmetics brand specializing in high-performance beauty products. We sell across multiple online marketplaces and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Expert who understands Amazon & marketplace ads and can scale our brand across major e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces. Create, upload, and optimize product listings with strong SEO (titles, bullets, keywords). Handle catalog issues, suppressed listings, stranded inventory & account health. Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD) for profitability. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & performance improvement. Develop growth strategies to increase organic ranking and sales velocity. Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and marketplace event planning (BBD, Prime Day). Track daily sales, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams for smoother workflow. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Amazon & marketplace management. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Advertising Console. Expertise in Amazon PPC, marketplace ads, and campaign optimization. Understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword tools & listing improvement. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to handle marketplace escalations and support tickets. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Nice to Have: Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, or FMCG brands. Understanding of brand storefronts, A+ content & ranking strategies.
