Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Business Development Manager at Bellite Springs Pvt Ltd in Aurangabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Define key objectives, sales targets, and growth strategies to achieve annual revenue goals.
Collaborate with management to align new business development plans with the overall company vision.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and engage potential customers, focusing on OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to understand customer requirements and promote company offerings.
Sales Cycle Management
Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to closing deals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with customer requirements and company pricing strategies.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Market & Product Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of the springs manufacturing industry, including key product offerings and technological advancements.
Gather and share market intelligence, staying updated on industry developments to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and feedback for product improvement.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Track and report key performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue growth, and customer acquisition rate.
Provide regular updates to senior management on new business pipeline and conversion progress.
Contribute to regular sales forecasting and business planning processes.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
Support cross-functional initiatives, such as exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events, to increase brand visibility and attract leads.
Qualifications
New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
Sales Presentations and Account Management experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
