Position Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Recruiter with over 6 years of experience in domestic staffing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while meeting client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and screening strategies for IT and other core skill sets based on client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all recruitment needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and maintain strong, positive relationships.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and onboarding.
  • Ensure all candidate submissions are made through the VMS portal with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Review and address any resume rejections by discussing feedback with the team to improve future submissions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the quality of candidate submissions meets the highest standards, with a focus on fulfilling client requirements effectively.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to support ongoing and future client needs.

Client Interaction and Reporting:

  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, contributing to scorecard meetings and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Attend and actively contribute to client spotlight calls, ensuring clear communication and timely sharing of Minutes of Meetings (MOM).

Data Management and Compliance:

  • Manage and maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all active roles.
  • Ensure VMS (Vendor Management System) data aligns with ATS records, including start dates, work locations, pay rates, bill rates, and background check requirements.

Post-Offer Coordination:

  • Upon Purchase Order (PO) confirmation, coordinate closely with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and successful integration.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in domestic staffing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of ATS and VMS systems.
