Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership : Oversee the engineering department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Develop and implement a long-term vision for the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Product Development : Drive the development and maintenance of our AI-powered job platform, leveraging machine learning and data analytics. Collaborate with product management to define the product roadmap and ensure that the engineering team delivers on time and within budget.

- Team Management : Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them to reach their full potential.

- Technical Expertise : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Serve as a thought leader within the company, providing technical guidance and expertise.

- Process Improvement : Implement efficient processes and tools to optimize engineering operations. Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

- Financial Management : Manage the engineering department's budget and resources effectively. Ensure that the team is operating within budget and allocating resources appropriately.

Desired Candidates :

- Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or a similar senior leadership role in a technology company.

- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics.

- Experience in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
