Job Title:Operational Support SpecialistThis role combines administrative operations, HR coordination, and basic finance support to help keep the company running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Categorize monthly bank and card transactions in accounting software/spreadsheets.Prepare monthly management accounting summary and expense reports.Track vendor invoices, payment schedules, and reimbursements.Coordinate with external accountants or finance vendors.HR OperationsPrepare HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, experience letters, termination letters).Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain leave records, attendance logs, and timesheets (if applicable).Recruitment CoordinationWork with recruiters to initiate, track, and close hiring processes.Schedule interviews and serve as point of contact for candidates.Publish job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate monthly payroll inputs with payroll processing partners.Track statutory compliance documentation and ensure required filings/records are in place.Maintain confidentiality of salaries and HR data.Administrative SupportAssist the CEO and leadership team with internal operational tasks.Maintain internal documentation and shared Drive/Notion folders.Support office administration and vendor coordination (if applicable).
