DescriptionRole- Talent Research AnalystShift- 5:30 PM-2:30 AMWork mode- Remote (Vadodara Location)What You'll Do:-You will be a founding team member of Ascendion's Talent Acquisition Research Engine and lead the way in building and developing our internal capabilities. This is a high-visibility program within the Talent Acquisition organization that will partner closely with key senior executives, including our Head of Talent Acquisition, CEO, and CMO among others.Your responsibilities:-Market mapping of competitive landscape and identify key talent that should be pursuedIdentify sources of information on competitors and aggregate information.Analysis of data gather and translate into actionable intelligence for our business leaders.Connect and build out a relevant network of salespeople and client partner candidatesAbout you:-Have a great ability for in-depth research and have a natural inclination to be curious.Excel at collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information.Understand the competitive landscape of the IT Services industry.Master of utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Confident to make your own decisions and lead your own work autonomously.Have experience presenting to senior and executiveHow we work together :-Our culture is special, and we take it seriously.
