The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide program information, and address inquiries with professionalism and clarity. Daily responsibilities include engaging with students and families, counseling them on admission procedures, maintaining accurate application records, and fostering strong relationships to facilitate enrollments. The role also includes contributing to promotional events and supporting sales initiatives to meet academy objectives.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students, parents, and team membersCustomer Service expertise to provide a positive and supportive experience during the admission processSales skills to contribute to enrollment targets and support promotional activitiesBackground in Education or a related field to understand and communicate academic programs effectivelyOrganizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasksProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
