Job Overview:We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct visual inspections and ensure product quality.The ideal candidate will have experience with inspection techniques and equipment, as well as knowledge of material, fabrication processes, welding symbols, and machining symbols.About the Role:As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting stage and final inspections in fabrication shops and machine shops.You will also prepare QA documents and review supplier inspection reports.In addition, you will coordinate daily inspection calls with departments and communicate inspection results via verbal and email updates.Key Responsibilities:Conduct visual inspections to ensure product qualityDetermine appropriate inspection processes and instruments to confirm products meet specificationsPerform stage and final inspections in fabrication shops and machine shopsPrepare QA documents and review supplier inspection reportsCoordinate daily inspection calls with departmentsCommunicate inspection results to departments via verbal and email updatesTechnical Skills:Knowledge of inspection techniques and equipmentFamiliarity with material, fabrication processes, welding symbols, and machining symbolsUnderstanding of Indian and international standards/ASME codesExperience with measuring instruments for specific applicationsBasic math skills for calculation purposesAbility to read and interpret fabrication and machining drawingsWhat We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and developmentA competitive salary and benefits packageThe chance to work with a team of experienced professionals
