Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced technical professional to provide comprehensive support for our PDI solutions used by a major retail and petroleum client.Support the end-to-end operation of multiple retail locations with PDI applications.Monitor system performance, ensuring platform stability and uptime.Troubleshoot incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.Assist in troubleshooting store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Coordinate with internal business teams, vendor support, and end users to resolve technical issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations.Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles.Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.Required Skills: Experience in PDI application support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
