Technical Solutions Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics 365We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering complex technical projects, troubleshooting issues related to Dynamics 365 modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, JavaScripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.The successful candidate will also work as an escalation point across the Power Platform support practice helping colleagues resolve incidents and deliver more technical changes. They will champion best practices across the team, manage system upgrades, and coordinate patch deployments ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.Key skills and qualifications for this role include:Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in a technical role.Expert knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.Experience creating plugins, JavaScript, and Azure function apps.Strong experience with the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages).Microsoft certifications PL-200 and PL-400, other certifications are a plus.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.
