Job Title: Microsoft 365 Specialist    We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing Office 365 environments, preparing transformation deliverables, and providing regular updates to customers.Responsibilities:    - Design and implement Office 365 environments using Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business.    - Prepare transformation deliverables such as assessment summaries, design documents, BOMs, SOPs, etc.    - Provide regular updates, troubleshoot deployment and migration issues, and have expertise in coding and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting purposes.    - Have experience working with customers, including those with Microsoft solutions such as AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.    - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends related to UCC solutions.    - Be aware of ancillary solutions for Active Directory/Exchange, such as monitoring tools, SIEM, auditing, and reporting tools.    - Possess strong problem-solving abilities, from conceptualization to implementation, and have a broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture.    - Plan delivery models and resourcing structures for various technologies mentioned above.    - Manage hardware, software, policies, and procedures needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store, and revoke digital user/system certificates.    - Have experience with security definitions and solutions in the market required for architecting the solution.    - Must have knowledge on ITSM process and good communication skills.    - Aware of disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for an architecture along with BCP.        - Experience in designing and implementing Office 365 environments.    - Knowledge of Office 365 technical architecture.    - Strong problem-solving abilities.    - Good communication skills.    - Experience with ITSM process.        - Competitive salary.    - Comprehensive benefits package.    - Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
