Senior System Administrator RoleAs a Senior System Administrator at an esteemed organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the IT environment. Your primary focus will be on system implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall IT infrastructure management.Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Azure AD, Windows Server, Windows OS, and Office 365 environments to ensure seamless integration and high performance.Maintain and enhance client IT systems to guarantee uptime, security, and performance by implementing efficient policies and best practices.Develop and optimize Microsoft Exchange Server setups to meet the evolving needs of the organization.Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and systems management to increase productivity and reduce manual errors.Configure and support Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networks to provide a stable and secure IT foundation.Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware to optimize resource utilization and improve scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions on time, ensuring timely project completion and stakeholder satisfaction.Provide expert-level technical support and resolve complex issues through in-depth analysis and problem-solving skills.Develop comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and best practices to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing within the organization.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and 5+ years of hands-on experience in a System Administrator role. A strong proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Windows Server & Windows OS, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, PowerShell scripting, and a deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies are essential. Experience with virtualization: Hyper-V and VMware is also necessary.
