The Enterprise Technology Expert will be a key contributor in the field of customer delivery engineering, providing support for large-scale solutions and resolving complex technical issues through deep technical expertise.This role involves driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption, and building customer simulations to validate and resolve complex problems.Deliver effective support for customer problem resolution and engage in complex technical challenges.Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems.Promote and uphold the organization's culture.Continuously enhance technical skills within the relevant domain and related technologies.Consult and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize products and services to achieve business objectives.Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills and ExperienceStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, including switching platforms.In-depth understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels.Hands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, including multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.Experience with HSRP and VRRP.Familiarity with Cisco router platforms, tunneling, and VPN technologies.Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.Knowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in IP routing and switching.Relevant certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE).
