Our technology powerhouse serves millions worldwide, offering a comprehensive portfolio of AI-enabled devices and infrastructure.As a Dynamic 365 Developer, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement customizations, configurations, and system integrations for D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations modules.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.Develop and maintain custom components, including workflows, plugins, and custom activities.Participate in solution design and technical planning sessions, contributing to architecture decisions.Work closely with the project team in Agile delivery, actively contributing to sprint planning and code reviews.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and post-implementation phases.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and extending D365 Customer Engagement solutions.Strong understanding of D365 architecture, including workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integration capabilities.Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
