Role Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, liaising with other company headquarters, and providing backend operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the distribution and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Coordination:

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to track and manage order statuses.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, delays, or discrepancies.

Headquarter Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact between the Operations Manager and other company headquarters.
  • Ensure seamless communication and exchange of operational updates.

Backend Operations Support:

  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and preparing reports for the Operations Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.

Process and Workflow Management:

  • Support the Operations Manager in optimizing distribution processes and workflows.
  • Identify and report operational bottlenecks for resolution.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Manage documentation related to orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
  • Handle correspondence and provide timely updates on operational progress.

  • Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience:
  • Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support.
