Role Summary:We are seeking an
Operations Assistant
to support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, liaising with other company headquarters, and providing backend operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the distribution and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Coordination:Communicate regularly with suppliers to track and manage order statuses.Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, delays, or discrepancies.Headquarter Communication:Serve as a point of contact between the Operations Manager and other company headquarters.Ensure seamless communication and exchange of operational updates.Backend Operations Support:Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and preparing reports for the Operations Manager.Monitor and maintain inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.Process and Workflow Management:Support the Operations Manager in optimizing distribution processes and workflows.Identify and report operational bottlenecks for resolution.Administrative Assistance:Manage documentation related to orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.Handle correspondence and provide timely updates on operational progress.
What We Are Looking For:
Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Key Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience:Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support.
