Role Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, liaising with other company headquarters, and providing backend operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the distribution and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities: Supplier Coordination:
Communicate regularly with suppliers to track and manage order statuses.
Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, delays, or discrepancies.
Headquarter Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between the Operations Manager and other company headquarters.
Ensure seamless communication and exchange of operational updates.
Backend Operations Support:
Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and preparing reports for the Operations Manager.
Monitor and maintain inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
Process and Workflow Management:
Support the Operations Manager in optimizing distribution processes and workflows.
Identify and report operational bottlenecks for resolution.
Administrative Assistance:
Manage documentation related to orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
Handle correspondence and provide timely updates on operational progress.
What We Are Looking For: Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Key Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support.
