Job TitleA seasoned database professional is required to manage SAP HANA and Oracle databases across managed environments.Responsibilities:Perform daily operations, execute service requests for backup restore, user creation, schema modification, and parameter tuning.Monitor database health through various tools and resolve alerts within strict timeframes.Validate backups and maintain disaster recovery replication status.Execute database patching and revision upgrades following internal approval processes.Analyze slow queries and support technical experts for performance issues.Document database service requests and update records with execution proofs.Support system refresh activities and post-copy automation.Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure storage and input/output performance.Required Expertise:Deep understanding of SAP HANA database architecture and tools.Proficiency in Oracle Database 11g/12c administration, including RMAN and SQL Tuning.Operating System expertise: Linux and Windows Server environments.Familiarity with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and scripting languages.Preferred Qualifications:SAP HANA DB Certification or equivalent qualifications.
