With a fast-growing footprint across retail, e-commerce, and HoReCa, we are building the future of how India enjoys cocktails: authentic, easy, and innovative.Role: Growth Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to fuel MAY & CO.’s next phase of growth. You’ll drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility by blending data-driven strategies with creative campaigns. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how India discovers and experiences our products.What you’ll do:Build and execute end-to-end growth strategies across digital, retail, and B2B channels.Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, marketplaces, affiliates).Develop partnerships and activations with bars, restaurants, and retailers.Manage web analytics, funnels, and automation to drive conversions and retention.Track KPIs, experiment with growth loops, and use insights to scale campaigns.Lead projects for product launches, sampling campaigns, bar take-overs and influencer collaborations.Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.Proven skills in marketing analytics, automation, and campaign optimization.Strong project management and creative problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Prior experience in beverages, F&B, or consumer brands is a strong plus.Why Join MAY & CO.?Be part of a fast-growing beverage startup shaping India’s cocktail culture.Work on category-creating products with real consumer impact.Freedom to experiment, test, and innovate in marketing strategies.A young, passionate team that values authenticity, creativity, and hustle.👉 If you’re excited to scale a disruptive brand and believe growth marketing is equal parts science and storytelling, we’d love to hear from you
