The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SEO, paid marketing, email automation, analytics, and full-funnel growth strategies.Key responsibilityDigital Marketing & SEO Conductkeyword research , competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations. Implementon-page and technical SEOto improve search engine rankings. Develop and executelink building strategiesto strengthen domain authority. Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.). Performance Marketing Plan and managepaid campaignsacross Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels. Optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and landing pages for improved conversions. PerformA/B testingon creatives, audience sets, and landing pages. Growth marketing and Funnel Optimisation Build and executeemail marketing and lead nurturing campaignsusing automation tools. Managewebinars, virtual events, and content syndication programsto drive pipeline growth. Improve funnel performance by implementingCRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)strategies. Manage and optimize CRM workflows, lead scoring, and automation sequences. Analytics & Reposrting Analyze data across channels to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps. Build dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights. Coordinate with product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience indigital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing . Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, automation tools, and CRM systems. Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, HubSpot/Zoho/Marketo, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights. Strong project management and communication skills.
