Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
Conduct interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations.
Prepare onboarding materials and conduct new hire orientations.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and activities.
Performance Management:
Support the performance review process, providing guidance on setting goals and assessing employee performance.
Advise managers on coaching and development strategies to improve employee performance.
Benefits & Compensation:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits enrollments/changes.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as needed.
Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices,Payroll, and employment regulations.
Experience with Paybooks Payroll software.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Should be willing to work in Night Shift (6:30 Pm- 3:30 AM)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a US Stffing Industry environment is a plus.
