Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a focus on information technology roles.
- Familiarity with various IT technologies and understanding of technical job requirements.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Pay: ₹9,958.72 - ₹47,678.98 per month
