This is not a senior-level position but requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.This role involves resolving routine issues, ensuring seamless support processes, and maintaining operations during the core team's offline hours.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related field. They must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, basic troubleshooting abilities, and experience in community management.Key responsibilities include:Resolving day-to-day support requestsMaintaining smooth support processesAssisting with basic operational tasks when the core team is offlineIn this role, you will be the go-to individual for resolving routine issues and ensuring seamless support processes.
