Software Integration ArchitectWe are seeking a skilled architect to lead the development of a software integration platform and a guest personalization system.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement an integration layer connecting various business systems, including PMS/CRS, EMR, and banking APIs.Automate workflows for reservation-to-accounting processes, including invoice posting, tax mapping, and real-time payment reconciliation.Integrate banking systems to enable automated payment confirmations and alerts.Synchronize data between PMS and EMR systems for guest details, treatment data, dietary notes, and billing information.Develop a web-based guest personalization software with a centralized guest profile, departmental comments, repeat guest recognition, and pre-arrival notifications.Implement dashboards, reporting layers, and notification systems for operational and financial visibility.Ensure secure multi-user authentication, access control, audit logs, and scalable cloud-hosted deployment.RequirementsStrong experience in API integration, middleware development, and system connectivity.Hands-on experience with Tally Prime APIs, financial system integrations, or accounting workflow automation.Background in integrating PMS/CRS systems, EMR/healthcare systems, or hospitality-tech platforms.Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java.Experience with building secure and scalable web applications.Strong understanding of databases, data synchronization, and error-handling mechanisms.Experience with email/SMS automation and event-based triggers is a plus.Ideal CandidateFamiliarity with hospitality, healthcare, or financial integrations.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create structured automation flows.Comfortable working with limited documentation and reverse-engineering data formats when required.
