Team offsites foster collaboration, connection, and alignment.The Platform Product Group engineers maintain platforms critical to our existence, including Identity, Payment, Risk, Onboarding & KYC, Finhub, Machine Learning, Customer Experience, and Infrastructure.The onboarding platform team creates a platform for user onboarding and KYC requirements. This enables us to launch new products or expand quickly while maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements.You'll join the Onboarding Platform team, prioritizing:Building scalable onboarding platforms across countries and products.Improving conversion funnels of users worldwide.Your responsibilities include:Developing services using Golang to meet product and business needs.Designing scalable systems with modern cloud tech and industry best practices.Articulating a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems.Collaborating with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn vision into tangible roadmaps.Writing high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.Debugging difficult technical problems and improving system operability.Reviewing feature designs for security, safety, scale, and operational integrity.We look for someone with:At least 5+ years of software engineering experience.Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.Strong technical skills for system design and coding.Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
