Senior Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with excellent communication skills and a good command of English.Key Responsibilities:Review requirements and provide timely feedback.Create detailed documentations, test plans and test cases.Monitor system logs, debug and compare using Datadog, Grafana in multiple environments.Perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions.Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for backend, frontend and mobile apps development.Improve and maintain automation test coverage.Identify edge cases and ensure software robustness before production deployment.Support and manage UAT, Sanity, Regression activities in multiple environments.Work closely with stakeholders, engineering team and product team to ensure quality/stability of software releases.Research new technologies or market trends and propose new solutions/features.Design and implement E2E automation scripts that validate order lifecycle and data integrity across integrated third-party systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Application or related major.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing.Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.Good understanding of software development, testing & bug life cycle process.Experience in mentoring a small team; preferably across a start-up is a plus.Strong technical experience and ability to automate tests using Scripting Language: Java, JS, TS or Python.Tools: Playwright / MochaJs / ChaiJs / Jest, Selenium.Technical experience working with APIs, JSON, SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, HTML, and tools such as Postman for validating test results.Experience working with cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Locust, JMeter, or similar tools is a plus.
