Talent Acquisition Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche roles across functions Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning OKR-Driven HRBP Responsibilities Partner with leaders to define Objectives and Key Results for HR initiatives in alignment with business goals Track progress on OKRs related to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention Provide actionable insights from HR metrics to influence business decisions Drive HR programs that deliver measurable impact on organizational KPIs Desired Profile 7–12 years in HR, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HRBP initiatives Experience in fast-paced startups, media, or tech companies Strong understanding of OKR/KPI frameworks and ability to drive measurable outcomes Comfortable as an individual contributor, able to take ownership end-to-end Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
