Talent Acquisition - Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche roles across functions - Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks - Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding - Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning OKR-Driven HRBP Responsibilities - Partner with leaders to define Objectives and Key Results for HR initiatives in alignment with business goals - Track progress on OKRs related to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention - Provide actionable insights from HR metrics to influence business decisions - Drive HR programs that deliver measurable impact on organizational KPIs Desired Profile - 7–12 years in HR, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HRBP initiatives - Experience in fast-paced startups, media, or tech companies - Strong understanding of OKR/KPI frameworks and ability to drive measurable outcomes - Comfortable as an individual contributor, able to take ownership end-to-end - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
