Our data-driven insights fuel decision-making and provide comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring you are covered from every angle—360°About Our Client:It’s a fast-growing digital entertainment company based in India that creates and distributes youth-centric content across multiple online platforms.Talent Acquisition- Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche roles across functions- Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks- Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planningOKR-Driven HRBP Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to define Objectives and Key Results for HR initiatives in alignment with business goals- Track progress on OKRs related to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention- Provide actionable insights from HR metrics to influence business decisions- Drive HR programs that deliver measurable impact on organizational KPIsDesired Profile- 7–12 years in HR, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HRBP initiatives- Experience in fast-paced startups, media, or tech companies- Strong understanding of OKR/KPI frameworks and ability to drive measurable outcomes- Comfortable as an individual contributor, able to take ownership end-to-end- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
