Job Title:Software Manufacturing Solutions Expert Job DescriptionThe Syteline Manufacturing SME is responsible for leading end-to-end solution design for Manufacturing & Production modules in SyteLine/CSI. This expert conducts business process analysis, maps requirements to SyteLine best practices, configures and optimizes modules including Manufacturing, Production, Materials, Planning, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Work Orders, BOM/Routes, and provides advanced guidance on APS, MRP, Inventory, Quality, and Order Management.This role involves driving the full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The Syteline Manufacturing SME collaborates with cross-functional teams (SCM, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure integrated solutions, resolve complex functional issues, and recommend process improvements, deliver user training, documentation, and change management support, and act as the senior functional authority for manufacturing-related ERP decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct business process analysis and map requirements to SyteLine best practicesConfigure and optimize Manufacturing, Production, Materials, Planning, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Work Orders, BOM/Routes modulesProvide advanced guidance on APS, MRP, Inventory, Quality, and Order ManagementDrive the full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutionsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SyteLine/CSI and its various modules, including Manufacturing, Production, Materials, Planning, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Work Orders, BOM/Routes.
