Manufacturing Process Optimization SpecialistThis is a key role that involves implementing, configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions to optimize manufacturing and quality processes.Solution Design and Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing and go-live support.Configuration Expertise: Configure PP processes such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and QM processes like Quality Planning, Inspection and Notifications.Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to SAP S/4HANA functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PP/QM modules with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM and FICO.Data Migration: Support data migration activities, including master data setup (materials, BOMs, routings, inspection plans) and transactional data.Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Training and Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals) and offer post-go-live support.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP/QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.We are seeking a motivated individual who can implement and configure SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions.
