About the Job
Position:
Prospecta is in a rapid growth phase, and to help scale the business and drive the success of MDO, Prospecta is building a professional sales team in India focused on the mid and large enterprise market.
The role offers an opportunity & freedom to drive strategic engagements with Tier 1 Enterprise Customers in India, build consultative and thought leadership skills, and a platform to build a strong regional business portfolio offering further opportunities for growth and expansion.
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share in the region / industry verticals to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and accordingly perform the presentations and product demos.
Develop and execute plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline.
Create and articulate compelling value propositions around MDO MDM solution.
Analyse sales/metrics data from the region to help evolve your strategy.
Work with extended teams to manage pipeline and amplify efforts.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts & drive thought leadership.
Prepare and present periodic business plans to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to achieve the territory plan.

Must have
MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferrable. Graduate degree in engineering preferred but not mandatory.
2 Years of Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience in the enterprise applications space.
Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through.
Good presentation skills, ability to qualify leads and line them up swiftly, requires a bit of multi-tasking and follow ups, research, contacting prospects, lead prospecting, outbound calling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must , as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
