This reflects in a 80%+ NPS across all programs since inception.Digiaccel Learning is VC backed and has CXOs and Founders of some of India’s top digital commerce companies as it’s investors.Role OverviewWe are seeking a qualified and hands-on Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) to join our finance team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in finance controllership and FP&A within a startup environment. This role will oversee end-to-end financial operations, drive reporting accuracy, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through strong financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Controllership & ComplianceOversee all accounting controls and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally.Manage statutory compliances related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulations.Lead monthly and annual closing processes, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.Coordinate statutory, internal, and investor audits; manage due diligence processes and related documentation.Review and negotiate financial terms in vendor and service agreements.Handle banking relationships, fund transfers, and working capital management.Maintain appropriate internal controls and ensure process adherence across the organization.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, segment-level P&Ls, and unit economics.Build and track budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.Manage short-term and long-term cash flow projections and optimize cash utilization.Support management with insights on business performance, cost control, and strategic initiatives.Oversee ESOP documentation, accounting, and related compliance.RequirementsChartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance controllership and FP&A.Prior experience in a startup environment is mandatory.Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance frameworks, and financial reporting standards.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proven ability to prepare management reports, budgets, and performance analyses.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle multiple priorities independently.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What We OfferWe are looking for smart passionate folks to join us in this mission of building a better, smarter and more outcome oriented education system.
