This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 5 years Location Gurgaon JobType full-time The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations ensure accurate reporting maintain regulatory compliance and provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making This role requires strong analytical capability attention to detail and the ability to manage both financial processes and team members effectively Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger activities and payroll processing Prepare review and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Develop budgets financial forecasts and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives Monitor cash flow working capital and liquidity to ensure healthy financial stability Ensure compliance with statutory regulations tax obligations and internal financial controls Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decisions Coordinate with external auditors banks and financial institutions for audits financial reviews and related requirements Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of scalable finance systems Mentor and guide junior finance team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting Skills Finance
