We’re hiring: HR Manager (8+ yrs experience) | Prayagraj

This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll work directly with the CEO, help shape the company’s culture, streamline systems, lead hiring, and ensure every person who joins us thrives.


💼 What you’ll be driving:

• Own end-to-end recruitment — from campus drives to senior hires

• Lead performance, KRA, and incentive systems (we use Keka)

• Manage payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals

• Design training, shape culture, and support event planning

• Be the go-to person for both people and process

• Work closely with leadership on people strategy, structure, and scale


🤝 Who we’re looking for: • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years leading an HR Department

• You’ve worked with Keka or a similar HRMS

• Fluent in English & Hindi — both on paper and in-person and text

• You believe in systems and people

• Based in Prayagraj or open to relocating
