Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled School Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the establishment of practical learning beyond traditional education. Our goal is to reach one billion daily active learners, teaching over 20,000 children offline in India and online in eight countries.This role involves coordinating educational activities, supporting youth development programs, leading training sessions, and developing communication strategies with educators and school principals. Administrative tasks, planning events, and maintaining records related to skill development initiatives are also required.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in coordinating educational activities or similar roles.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in coordinating educational activities, managing teams, or working in a similar role.Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience with event planning and record-keeping.BenefitsThis is a part-time remote role that offers flexibility and autonomy.
