Design and Deploy Scalable Machine Learning Solutions

Machine Learning SpecialistAs a Machine Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines that integrate complex business applications with scalable data processing systems.The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing traditional ML models using techniques such as ensemble methods, support vector machines, gradient boosting, and neural networks. They will also develop time series forecasting models and ranking algorithms for real-world applications.You will deploy ML models using containerization and REST API frameworks, implement model serving solutions on cloud-based infrastructure with proper monitoring and alerting, and build MLOps pipelines for experiment tracking and model registry management.In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as a technical resource for AI team members on ML architecture and approach decisions, mentor team members on best practices for production ML system design and implementation, communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production, and a proven track record of mentoring technical team members and leading collaborative projects.They will possess expert-level Python proficiency, deep understanding of classification, regression, ranking, and recommendation algorithms, experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management, and proficiency with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and handling messy real-world datasets.
