Purpose: The role holder will lead the enterprise applications function and work on specific solutions, digitization, underlying and supporting technologies and its implementation with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop a robust digitization strategy for various functions.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and future business requirements.
Technology Planning & Implementation:
- Identify and implement suitable Off-the-Shelf Products (OSP) and solutions (e.g., ERP, school management systems, data warehousing, HRIS, ZOHO).
- Adopt a structured project management approach for seamless execution of initiatives.
Portfolio & Vendor Management:
- Conduct portfolio management of enterprise applications, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
- Evaluate third-party services to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee deliverables, and negotiate contracts effectively.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their growth and aligning their efforts with organizational priorities.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.
Experience and Qualification:
- MBA from Top Tier B-School with 10-15 years relevant experience
- Strong Project Management experience
- Expertise in enterprise application management and implementation, preferable experience on Oracle EBS
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop high-performing teams.
