  • Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to consolidate, harmonize, and unify customer data from multiple sources, enabling advanced segmentation and AI-driven insights through Marketing Cloud CDP.
  • AI Integration and Customization: Implement Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Prompt Builder, BYOM, and Einstein CoPilot for creating tailored AI predictions and insights.
  • Integrate external AI models and ensure AI-driven workflows align with business needs.
  • Marketing Cloud CDP: Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP to build advanced customer profiles, enable personalized customer journeys, and optimize marketing performance using AI and analytics.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds.
  • Agentforce and Customer Service Optimization: Lead AI initiatives involving Salesforce Agentforce, focusing on automating customer service processes and delivering omnichannel support powered by AI.
  • Collaborate and Mentor: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing experts, and data scientists, providing mentorship on best practices for implementing AI and customer data solutions in Salesforce.
  • Stay Updated on Salesforce Innovations: Continuously learn and share the latest innovations from Salesforce, especially in the areas of AI, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud CDP, incorporating them into solutions for clients.


  • Key Skills: ·
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Data Architect, with additional certifications in Einstein Discovery, Prediction Builder, Marketing Cloud CDP, and Data Cloud


  • Highly preferred. · Experience with Salesforce AI Tools: Proven experience with Einstein Discovery, Prediction Builder, Einstein Prompt Builder, BYOM, CoPilot, and Agentforce.
  • Hands-On Data Cloud & CDP Experience: Extensive experience in using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud CDP for managing large datasets, customer segmentation, and AI-driven insights.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrating third-party AI/analytics platforms.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership abilities and communication skills for working with stakeholders and leading teams in delivering Salesforce AI and data-driven solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical skills for designing AI-driven solutions that meet evolving business needs.
