Azure Data Engineer Lead:


Experience: 7-9 yrs

Location: Bangalore


JD:

  • Build, implement, and support Microsoft BI solutions, aligning with client requirements.
  • Leverage your expertise in Azure BI tools, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, API testing, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Python, and SQL (stored procedures and views).
  • Apply knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and processes to effectively support the project or client requirements.
  • Integrate, transform, and consolidate structured and unstructured data from various sources into optimized data structures for analytics solutions.
  • Translate functional design into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Design and develop complex data conversion and ETL jobs to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct quality reviews of peer developments to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, test conditions, and error logs, for all developments.
  • Execute end-to-end unit testing of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Identify data quality issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement and resolution.
  • Collaborate with functional and development teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Execute data load processes and support data reconciliation during data migration activities.
  • Participate in integration testing and document conversion results for traceability and accountability.
  • Engage in defect analysis, resolution, and performance optimization.
