Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Cluster Head based in Gandhinagar,. The Cluster Head will oversee and manage construction projects within the assigned cluster. Daily tasks will include coordinating and supervising project teams, ensuring project completion on time and within budget, monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. QualificationsProject Management, Budgeting, and Cost Estimation skillsExperience in Construction Management, Site Supervision, and Quality ControlProficiency in Team Coordination, Leadership, and Stakeholder CommunicationKnowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance StandardsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferredExperience in the construction industry is a plus
