As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a team of skilled software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Implementation teams to build commercially successful products that meet customer needs.
- Project Management: Oversee the management of multiple projects involving technologies such as Flutter,Python,Node.js, React JS, Angular, and AWS, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Dependency Coordination: Effectively manage project dependencies and interact with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Delivery Assurance: Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time delivery, application quality, and effective resolution of tasks.
- Process Consistency: Maintain a consistent development process across all projects, enforcing best practices and quality standards.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly track project progress, manage timelines, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Best Practices Enforcement: Advocate for and implement best practices to ensure a high-quality output from all team members.
- New Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with market needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 6-8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role within a software product company.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge in software product engineering using JavaScript,Flutter,Python, Node.js, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects and serving as a Technical Lead in a software development environment.
- Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple tasks concurrently and effectively communicating with other departments to gather necessary information.
- Technical Credibility: High technical credibility, with the ability to audit technical decisions and advocate for optimal solutions.
- Ownership: Experience with end-to-end design and development, as well as delivering quality enterprise products and applications.
- High Standards: A track record of setting, achieving, and maintaining high standards for technical output.
- Team Development Skills: Excellent team-building, mentoring, and coaching abilities are essential.
