Your Role:

As a Human Resource Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive HR solutions for the Technomine Group.
  • Lead fun, engaging onboarding experiences to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated.
  • Streamline and optimize HR processes for greater efficiency.
  • Be a culture advocate, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals at every level.
  • Expertise in Recruitment, Training & Development, and Statutory Compliance.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful HR solutions.
  • Experience in KPO, BPO, or the Travel sectors is a bonus.
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a relevant field.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • A natural talent for matching the right people to the right roles.
Work Schedule:
  • Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
  • 5-day workweek
  • 1 full Saturday workday per month
