Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Software Support Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with top-notch technical support and ensuring their software experiences are smooth and efficient. If you have a passion for technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex issues and contribute to solutions.
Document support interactions and maintain accurate records in our ticketing system.
Assist in user training and onboarding to enhance client understanding of our software.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
CRM Hands on experience is a must

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in software support or technical support roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
